MORNING RITUALS AND HABITS OF TONY ROBBINS USING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

  • Habit 1: Jump out of the bed, take a hot bath follow by an icecold bath

Avoid watching or reading news early morning, instead read postive, uplifting and inspirational articles or books for 30-60min early in the morning.

  • Habit 2: Exercise – Get out of the house immediately, walk first, then run

Drink water, eat fruits and have a high protein breakfast in the morning. Avoid foods with bad fats and too much carbs like donuts…

Focus on what you want to create in your life and be grateful for it like you already have it. See yourself living your dream life and loving it.

  • Habit 6: Incantations – Do affimations with power

When you walking and doing your breathing do your affirmations with power at the same time. Example “Everyday in everyway I am gettting stronger and stronger”. Make power moves when you doing your affirmations.

  • Habit 7: Ask yourself empowering questions
