When will the 2026 planner be available for order?

We will have our 16-Month Sep 2025- Dec 2026 planner available in July.
2026 Jan Dated Planner will be ready for pre-order from October.

What are the available sizes of the planners?
Our planners are available in 3 sizes - A5 (8.3 x 5.8 x 0.9 inches) for our daily planners, B5 (10.1 x 7.2 x 0.9 inches) and A4 (11.5 x 8.2 x 0.9 inches) for our 12-month weekly planners.

What’s the difference between the deluxe and the classic planner?
The difference is mainly in the cover. Classic planners have plain covers with the company logo while deluxe versions come in different color and cover designs. Generally, the content of the planners are the same.

How long should I place my 30-day planner inside the microwave to erase the writings?
You can heat the planner inside the microwave for not more than 20 seconds. If not all writings are erased you can do a second round.

What does the gift symbol mean?
The gift symbol means the reward you would want to give yourself when you achieve your goal.

How can I erase the whole planner?

You can erase the 30-Day Law of Attraction Planner if you write with a Pilot FriXion Pen. If you want to make sure some parts do not get erased like for example the goal section then use a regular pen. To erase the whole planner simply throw in the microwave for 20 seconds. (Never do more than 20 seconds!) Sometimes you will have to throw the planner in twice for another 20 seconds in the microwave, this all depends on the humidity level in your house and microwave. We do NOT recommend reusing the 12-Month Planner because it has many more papers and is more difficult to heat in the microwave. The Deluxe Planner is not microwave safe so please do not microwave!

How many times can I reuse the planner?

You can reuse the 30-Day Law of Attraction Planner if you write with Pilot FriXion Pen. The number of times you can reuse the planner all depends on how you use it and how you take care of the planner. If you take good care and you follow the instructions you can reuse 5-10 times. We would recommend that you do not write too hard.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long does it take for my planner to arrive?
Within the US delivery takes about 2-7 business days while non-US delivery takes 7-20 working days. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and may cause delays which is beyond our original delivery estimates. We do not ship to PO Box address and do not offer expedited shipping.

If we order, are we charged now or when it ships?

You will be charged immediately at checkout. But you can ask for a refund anytime before we ship.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world except Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico. We also prefer not to ship to PO Box address. We are not responsible for any VAT or custom duty that may apply in your country. Every country has different tax rules and they constantly change which is beyond our control. It's your responsibility to check your country's tax rules before making purchase online. International delivery normally takes 7-20 working days but due to custom clearance or inadequate postal logistics system, your package may be delayed which is beyond our control.

I thought shipping is free?
Shipping fee is waived for orders at least $60 within the US and for orders at least $150 in the UK. Shipping fee applies to orders less than these amounts and to other non-US and non-UK destinations.

Can I return a custom or personalized planner?

No. Custom and personalized planners are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once your order has been created or printed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

What is the production time for custom or personalized planners?
Custom planners require 15–45 days to produce.

Do you accept returns for opened or used items?

No. Items that are opened, used, written in, or altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Photos of the damage

Your order number

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item arrives and passes inspection.

1. Why isn’t the Panduo app live in the App Store yet?

Q: Why is Panduo not launched yet? What’s taking so long?
A: We’ve already submitted Panduo to Apple and it’s currently waiting for App Store review. Normally, Apple reviews most apps within about 48 hours, but in our case it has taken much longer than expected.

This delay is on Apple’s side, not ours—we’ve done everything required from our side. Because of the holiday period, Apple likely has a big backlog of apps waiting to be approved.

In short: Panduo is ready, and we’re just waiting for Apple to press “approve.”

2. What about Android – is there an Android version?

Q: Is there an Android version of Panduo, and when will it be available?
A: Yes! The Android version of Panduo is already finished and has been submitted to the Google Play Store. Just like with Apple, we’re now waiting for Google’s review and approval. As soon as they approve it, Panduo will be available to download on Android as well.

3. When will Panduo be available to download from the stores?

Q: When can I download Panduo from the official App Store / Play Store?
A: As soon as Apple and Google finish their reviews and approve the app, Panduo will be instantly available in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

We can’t control or speed up their internal review processes. The moment we’re approved, we’ll:

Email our list,
Update all links,
And you’ll be able to download Panduo with one tap on iOS and Android.

4. Can I already use Panduo while waiting for Store approval?

Q: Is there a way to start using Panduo now, before it’s officially live?
A: Yes! 🎉 On iOS, you can already use Panduo through Apple’s official TestFlight app.

We give you a special Panduo TestFlight link that makes this even easier:

You tap the link,
Install TestFlight if needed,
And Panduo appears ready to install.

This TestFlight version is the same app we’ll launch publicly, so you can already start your journey, track habits, and test all the features.

5. How do I install Panduo via TestFlight?

Q: How do I install the TestFlight version of Panduo on my iPhone/iPad?

A: The easiest way is with our direct Panduo TestFlight link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/jhREeGVH

Tap the Panduo TestFlight link we provide (email, website, or social).
If you don’t have TestFlight yet, your phone will open the App Store and ask you to install TestFlight.
After installing TestFlight, tap the same Panduo TestFlight link again or open TestFlight – you’ll see Panduo there.
Tap “Install” next to Panduo in TestFlight.
Once installed, you’ll see the Panduo icon on your home screen like a normal app.
Open Panduo, sign up or log in, and start your journey. 🎯

6. Is TestFlight safe and official?

Q: Is it safe to use Panduo through TestFlight?
A: Yes. TestFlight is Apple’s official platform for testing apps before they launch. You download TestFlight from the App Store, and it’s developed and maintained by Apple. The only difference is that you’re getting early access to Panduo before the public release.

7. Will my progress in TestFlight carry over to the official version?

Q: If I start my journey in the TestFlight version, will I lose my progress later?
A: No. Your account and progress are tied to your login, not to TestFlight.

When the official App Store / Play Store versions are live, you’ll just install the new app and log in with the same email. Your:

Q: Is Panduo free to use, and will there be a paid version?
A: During the early phase, our focus is on getting feedback and improving the app. Some features may be free and others may be part of a premium version as we grow. Our goal is to keep a powerful free experience, while offering deeper journeys, audio content, and advanced features for users who want more.

We’ll clearly communicate all pricing once the App Store and Play Store versions are live.

14. Which devices does Panduo support?

Q: I found a bug / something doesn’t work. How can I help?
A: Because we’re in an early phase, your feedback is gold. You can:

Use the “Send Feedback” option in TestFlight (if visible),
Reply to any email you received from us and describe the issue,
Add a screenshot or short video to show what happened.

We use this feedback directly to improve Panduo.

16. Is my data safe and private?

Q: What about my privacy and data safety?
A: We treat your data with respect and confidentiality. Your personal info and journey entries are used only to power your app experience (like your progress, stats, and AI coaching) and are not shared with random third parties.

We’ll always be transparent about how data is used and continue to strengthen privacy and security as we grow.

17. Can I change or restart my journey?

Q: What if I want to restart or switch my journey?
A: You’re always in control. You can:

Switch to a different journey, or
Restart an existing journey if you want a fresh beginning.

Just go to your journey selection or settings, choose a new path or restart, and Panduo will guide you from there.
