After being a customer for several years, it saddens me to have experienced this. I purchased the planner thats advertised as a new "hard cover, 120 gsm paper B5" and I was excited. Ordered and received the same soft cover 100 gsm paper B5 that I've been getting. I already had the same planner, I'd only ordered this because it was advertised as a new version. I have reached out to customer service to return/refund and only have been told that my issue is being "escalated." I will be moving on to other organized companies going forward. The difficulty in customer service and false advertising is a big issue.

What was advertised is not what I received. The photo on the website shows that the planner is a "hard cover" with "120 gsm paper." But what I received is not that. Order with caution. I will be moving on to a reputable planner company, there have been too many issues with Freedom Mastery not providing what is advertised.

This is the fourth year I’ve used this planner and I can’t say enough about it. I tried using a different brand the first 6 months of this year, and as beautiful this other brand was, it wasn’t nearly as useful, in depth, intentional, and practical as the Freedom Mastery ones. Thank goodness they had a new on dated starting July so I can finish out me year strong

I have been using these planners for 5-6 years now and they are life changing! I don't know how I would live life without it. I use it daily, it allows me to be organised, inspired andchallenged. It asks those questions that puts the law of attraction to work. It helps me understand my goals and how to get the best results. So after all of the issues regarding this 12 month planner being back dated from (July 2023 through July 2024). Requesting to cancel before it was even shipped and refund the order. I'm forced to receive this planner and of course customers have to also pay the extra return shipping fees. On the site it's dated 2023-2024 but the company is sending out old planner that are dated 2022-2023 this is clearly false advertisement. Don't not waste your money, time or energy contacting them to correct the issues. Once you pay they can care less.

I love it! I'm a counselor so this is a great way to keep myself organized on my weekly schedule. I like that it has hourly slots so I can put my clients in each hour I have them. This is my third one of these because they are so beautiful and feel really great in my hands.

I love this organizer! I am so glad my daughter gave me my first one two years ago. I love how it is organized and you can journal your progress and thoughts. I love the layout of it. I am not much into LOA, but follow First Steps to Success which helps you plan and keep track your success.

It's very cute. I have ordered two planners previously from your company before. I like them. They make the upcoming year feel exciting. I feel full of hope when I use your planner. The only reason I didn't give you five stars was because I think it could have been packaged more carefully when it was mailed. The plastic covering was a little ripped, and some of the pages are a little dented, but I anticipate being happy with the product.

I love so much about this planner. I'm a little bummed about the detail on the front and it not being clear in the writing or drawing around the eye, but otherwise the artwork is gorgeous and I like how it's all set up with the month in review then the weeks of that month instead of the last one I had was all of the months then the weeks
with no dates listed. I prefer this current t set up.

Last year I had the tree planner which was engraved and lasted. I feel like this one will peel off easily... I'm an all day user of the planner so I hope it last. The content is the same which is super important.

My wife bought me this planner. All of the feminine color covers gave cool art work. And as a male artist type we have basic black and last year I had a basic brown while my wife had art. In the pages all pictures are of women. If we are doing law of attraction everything is feminine and a woman. Two things I am not. I love the content but feel I am using a woman's product. Despite the fact my cover is basic black it still feels like it's not for me. In other words I feel like I'm settling and In law of attraction land we never settle.
Ps this is is wife, we pre-order his second planner and he asked me every other day when it was going to arrive and when he finally did receive it he was disappointed. We also bought planners as Christmas gifts last year, I don't think we will be doing that this year since they were for his male co-workers

Love the planner and other products. Do not like the Freedom Mastery site. When you send specials and codes they are hard to use it won't accept my order. I pre-ordered my planner and I had to contact you for it to be sent and it took a month.

Every thing is great. And 2 tweaks I’d like to see in future versions. Please don’t use a gradiated grey to black shading on the times of day. It’s really hard for my older eyes to see the time past 12pm due to the gray shading being too dark after. Also please bold the date numbers next to the day for the same reason. It’s hard to see.

I have bought planners from Freedom Mastery before and I will always be faithful to the LOA planners! They help keep my crazy life organized and somehow keep me motivated. I wish I could include more photos, it came in perfect condition, a bunch of cute stickers, and it is just beautiful, but I am adding the photo of why I get this planner. I have to plan my day hour by hour, its just what works best for me and I can do that in this planner, and so much more to help me meet my goals!! Plus I received coupons with it and special emails to help get to know my LOA Planner. One last thing- buy from this site! not amazon. :)

This is the first time I've tried Freedom Mastery and am totally in love!! It is so organized and definitely more than your regular, everyday planner. I never used a planner that was broken down by the hour before either but I've found it helps me stay even more productive and on task. I will definitely be ordering again!
