I received a delivery from Freedom Mastery on 11/18, however it was not what I ordered. They sent me a 2023 planner, instead of the 2024 planner I ordered. I sent an inquiry to customer service and they responded within 24 hours. Their response stated that the problem would be rectified immediately by sending me a replacement planner. Since then, I have received NOTHING. No replacement and no reply to my emails inquiring about the status. I am highly disappointed because I have been using this planner for several years now without incident. I usually order in early November so I can spend time prepping my planner for the upcoming year. I cannot locate a customer service phone number and the chat feature on the website connects me to a Bot! I JUST WANT THE PLANNER I HAVE PAID FOR.

It’s a pretty planner in looks but not quite what i was expecting in practicality. For the personal growth aspect, it’s great! For the actual planner space, i wish the months had more space to write and next time I would prefer a spiral bound! It doesn’t lay flat so it feels harder to use as i prefer to have my planner just open every day so i can see what’s on the agenda. It’s just okay for me.

To be honest, this is the fifth year I've ordered this planner so I obviously like it! My only suggestion would be to add an option where the daily planning starts at 7 AM and goes to midnight for those of us who are not morning people. However, the website is difficult to navigate. Lots of text and not geolocated, making finding what you want a pain. Overall, would recommend it, just feel like some time and $$ could be put back into the user experience online.

While I love the actual journal, the customer service is lame and I am considering switching to a different company after 5 years. It’s November 26 and I still have no planner. In order to track it you have to download an incompetent App called SHOP. Maddening. When I click on ‘track my order’ it brings me to a page with more purchasing opportunities. I just want the one I ordered. I get an email asking me to review the journal I’ve yet to receive . I’ve received ‘step 7’ in an email on how to use the journal but without it in hand it’s pretty useless and just reminds me that I still don’t have it.
I’m super disappointed and wish I had switched to a different company this year. With all the option of planners out there it makes no sense to keep ordering from a company that can’t deliver a product based on ‘planning’…guess I’ll plan different next year or purchase something else and return this one if it ever arrives.

I LOVE this planner! It is the second year I am using it. I have tried a ton of planners and this is perfect! I love the monthly and weekly layout and have adopted the idea of color coding the events I enter (work, kids, me, travel, etc.)

This is my 7th planner and delivery was faster than expected. I am still waiting for the dream planner to be produced…plain cover or masculine cover with Monday as start of the week, in perfect condition.
Received my planner with nicks and flaws at the edges but I’m not surprised. They are forever having issues with their quality and shipping. However they have improved slowly over the years. I wonder how long must I wait to receive a perfect planner?
Disliked the cover but that’s the least feminine I can find for the dates, Monday planner. For years I spent money and time to tape, paste stickers in my planner to cover up areas I do not like. This year I shall cover up the front cover. Every year my total cost plus shipping will be around US$70 including my artwork. Oh well, I can choose not to purchase anymore instead of complaining about this terrible company. Fingers crossed for the 2023 planner then!

Delivery quicker than expected. That never happens in Spain! I love writing in this diary.. I had bits of paper everywhere with lists/ideas/notes to self/etc. Now it’s all in one place and using it has given me more ideas and a whole lot of gratitude.. I love lots of the features of this date book. There are a few things that would make it better. Please add the moon phases (seems odd to have moons on the cover but not on the calendar). Please add holidays that aren’t just Christian. Also there is a graph that is on every month review at the end of each month that there is no instructions on how to use. A tool that you have no idea how to use is not helpful.
