1. SET MASTER GOALS

Let go of ego goals, goals you set to please others, or you set because you want to be liked.  These are mostly goals pushed by our society and our surrounding but do not really reasonate with our heart. In place set getting better goals, goals that compel you to be better, to express more of your potential.

2. DO HARD THINGS - GET MORE WILL POWER

Lean into your fear and commit to your goal. Express your true potential without limits. It has been proven by science that by pushing yourself to your limits, your limits do expand. All hoover ultra performers choose a life that is difficult and challenging, versus a life that is comfortable. Your payoff , your rewards,  your growth,  your mastery and your success lies when you go to the places that scare you, when you do difficult things, when you take the difficult projects on, when you read the difficult books, when you run longer than you’ve ever run, when you try new things that stretches you. That is how you get more will power. When you do difficult things your brain releases dopamine that makes you feel more happy and more alive.

3. GET TO KNOW YOUR UNSUPPORTIVE STORY, REWIRE IT AND BUILD A NEW SUPPORTIVE STORY

How you define yourself, how you see yourself determines your behavior, actions and results. First start thinking about your belief, write in a journal what is your story, what are you telling yourself. Then start creating more supportive beliefs, a more supportive story.  Rewire your new beliefs by talking about them, by surrounding yourself with people that have the same supportive beliefs.
