Tax Exemption:

If your organization is tax-exempt, please complete the tax-exemption form below before placing your order. We will notify you once your customer account is updated to tax-exempt status.

ORDER PROCESSING

Wholesale and bulk orders typically require:

• 3–5 business days to process
• 4–6 business days during the holiday season

Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale.

However, if something arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ll take care of you.

Contact us within 7 business days if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective (include photos so we can resolve it quickly).
• You receive the wrong items.

For first-time wholesalers, we recommend placing a small sample order to ensure the products meet your needs before ordering in bulk.

SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS

Within the United States

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing wholesale or bulk orders at least 4 weeks in advance.
All domestic bulk shipments are sent via UPS Ground.

Outside the United States

For international orders, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks in advance to allow for processing and customs clearance.
