This company keeps hounding me for a review, so here it is. There are not enough stickers, I do not enjoy the pull out pages because they are difficult to write on. I wish there was a version that did not include spiritual elements. I only chose this dated one because they didn’t skimp out on the dotted pages, but I really should have just gotten the undated one. The planner itself isn’t that bad, but the constant, persistent emails asking for a review is scummy and annoying.

I have ordered these planners before, and usually love them. This one came a little tattered in the back part. More importantly, it would have been nice to know the week started on Sunday. It was not stated in the description, and I would have ordered something different if I knew that ahead of time.

My daughter uses your calendar. It looked like what I wanted. So I ordered a 2024 calendar. You sent a 2022 calendar and are very good at telling me how great you are and asked me to review the calendar -
BUT!
You have yet to reply to my email from 5 days ago telling you politely of your mistake and asking for a refund.
I bet a bad review gets appropriate attention.

My experience has been absolutely dreadful. After having the item for a year I bought myself a new one first week of January. It is now March and I have not only not received it but the help lady (Cristina) who was assisting me has also gone dark. My tracking number is all of a sudden no where to be found. I need solutions and given they do not have a phone number to call, I’m a sitting duck which is quite infuriating. Please give me answers and solutions somebody.

I ordered 3 planners December 3rd, 2022 and did not receive them until after Christmas, one in mid January. I emailed to inquire about them to no avail. One response that I did receive was to be patient, that they were on back order. Why didn't someone let me know? The last planner I received has the date of 2022 on the last page of December 2023. There was no other way to get in contact with Freedom Mastery. This is my fourth year ordering this planner and this year I feel there is little to no customer service.
I like the concept and detail of the planner however, the lack of customer service has me re-considering ordering for 2024.

I have used this planner for the past 5 years and love the planner itself. But between it arriving later and later each year, the fact that that it took several emails to customer service before anyone replied, and that the planner I actually ordered wasn’t the one that I ended up with ( I pre-ordered my planner in Oct and no one bothered to tell me it was unavailable until late December), I have decided to switch to Passion Planner instead. I couldn’t be more disappointed— as I said, I loved the actual planner, but the frustration of my experience is no longer worth it. If Freedom Mastery spent as much energy delivering on their promises as they do on ads and sales pitches (I was being solicited for reviews on a planner I hadn’t received for weeks while I couldn’t get a reply to my customer service emails), they might have kept someone who loved their product.

Tried to get a 30% discount. No where to enter the code. So I paid full price. Then 4 weeks later, they asked how I liked the item. I had to tell them I did not receive it. They said it was delayed. Then sent me a list of alternative items. So I picked one with a candle that was blue. Then I received one with a purple cover and a Zodiac sign on it. NOT A PROFESSIONAL LOOKING ITEM TO PULL OUT IN FRONT OF MT CLIENTS. SOME LOOK AT ZODIAC AS A CULT SYMBOL. So I ordered a book cover to hold the item. More costs. No 30% + 10.00 cover to boot. Will probably not order again. Third year ordering. Guess I never had a problem until I dealt with customer service. Customer service that gave me no service. Paid to much.
