Last year I ordered a planner from this company after a few friends recommended it. I loved it and bought a new one for this year. When it arrived, I was disappointed because they sent the wrong one, and it wasn't something I could use at work.
I emailed them about it but didn't hear back. Then, the correct planner arrived a little over a week later! I love it and am very happy that they made this right. I was starting to look for another company to buy from, but I really like these specific planners, so I am happy I don't have to look elsewhere.

I am disappointed. It was a week before I was told the planner I chose was out of stock, and then I had to choose another planner. I had ordered a Monday start and got a Sunday start. There is too much to this planner and the red color isn't great.
Just not a great experience and planners are not cheap.

The texture of the cover and pages are wonderful. I almost don't want to write in it. The time schedule is easy to use and covers a large chunk of the day. The down fall is the water tracking is placed in the 10 pm hour, so its hard to schedule stuff there. I used the stickers for a motivational goal on the full month calendar page. The ribbons are wonderful and glamorous place holders. I am so glad to be done with my metal clips that would need to be moved anytime I had to adjust weeks in my old planner. Due to COVID, my brain has been kind of broken, so the hourly planner is a must for me as I need to write in meals. I really hope to be able to use the other feature more in a couple of months. I do like having goals to look at and prioritizing my day/week is been a great benefit. I love being promoted to think of things I can delegate off, which is super helpful as I don't always have time for everything and multiple doctor appointments. Also, while relearning to time manage it allows for hiccups in the day because I have already delegated stuff off to others. So important things can all still get down.
