I ordered a 2025 planner and was shipped the wrong planner 3 times… customer service was ok getting back to me but at times it took days to hear from them… not sure what the issue was… finally just asked for my money back

I purchased mine on Amazon, and the month-at-a-glance built-in was for 2023 and 2024. If I tore off the pages, I would miss the opportunity to use what I am grateful for. I love my life, and how will I make it happen? The month-at-glance stickers were for 2024, and there is no place to put them. It is too close to 2025 for this to have occurred. I have already written in it; I did not see this when my tri-fold was folded with it on the inside. I can't exchange it because I don't know if the next one will be the same. I wanted this to work so badly. I sent an email to customer service and did not hear anything, not even an apology.

In Sept you sent me a 2021-2022 planner. It never said in the discription it was a 2021-2022! I tried to reach out so I could send it back and get a 2025 planner, Sunday start, dated, A5. Instead your bot thinks I wanted updated stickers, no one personally responded after I sent a separate email and this is the 3rd request I have received from you to leave a review. I have purchased your planner for several years and like it, but your customer service is really awful. Sorry to leave a negative review but you asked. 3x.

It took one month and 8 days to receive my planner and tracking it was very hard to do. Also the planner had 2022-2023 dates and stickers (It's 2024 now)
Otherwise beautiful planner but with these prizes i would expect better. And customer service wasnt really helpful. I'll order from somewhere else next year.

The journal is much smaller in size this time than my previous journal & it's dated for 2021/2022 stickers... I just won't use the stickers, but it seems like it's an older journal which was not advertised that way.
I read how hard it is to return product so I didn't bother, but if it's an older model - I think it should say that in the description.

This is my 5th LOA planner and I absolutely love it! It challenges you to put your self first and really dig into what you want your life to look like. It has all the space you need for your monthly & daily items and an area to reflect on your month to see what you can improve on next month. I chose the undated 12 month planner so that I can start it at any time of the year. Definitely highly recommended!

This is my 3rd Freedom Mastery planner and I can’t imagine life without it! I am able to plan every aspect of my life and never miss appointments. Setting goals and breaking them down into small manageable steps was never easier with the format of this planner. I usually get a larger version and accidents ordered this A5 size but love how much more portable it is for everyday use. I’ll be a life long user!

Was disappointed that I paid full price for a 2021 planner. The yearly overview is for years 2021 and 2022 and the stickers are for the same years. Also disappointed with the lack of color choices. And, as I’ve said many times, WHY CAN’T THIS BE OFFERED WITH A MINDAY START TO PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE US. I love everything else about this planner, but I’m getting tired on settling.

I love this particular journal. It’s hard to find products for people with special needs and I had to wait 3 weeks before this came back in stock on Amazon. I had no idea there was a separate website. Amazon had 2 other journals catered to ADHD customers but these journals failed in comparison to the detail and love and care this journal has. Thank you for caring. Now I’m going to look through the website to see what other products you have.

Absolutely LOVING my new Freedom Mastery Planner. I love the undated versions so I can start whenever I want (always starting in Virgo season, it seems!). Love love LOVE the Astrology cover design, the foil on the edges of the pages, and the content of the planner itself. I didn't know I needed more goals in life to feel excited again, so grateful for this new energy and help with direction.

This is my second year purchasing the same planner and the same front cover design. I do wish they offered other colors with the same butterfly. I ordered this in August 2022 and sadly the month stickers were for Jan to Dec 2022. I needed Jan to Dec 2023 but I can order 2023 from another vendor.
Everything else about this planner is ideal. It fits in my purse, I have plenty of space to write my appts as I work 12 hour shifts 5 to 6 days a week.

I love LOA planners!! I’ve had Loa planners for so many years that I can’t remember when I started! Simple, effective, beautiful, and always something new to try. I love the stickers. I also use the budget planner religiously. They always add extra value with a little book full of great info. Can’t recommend these planners enough.

This is not your average planner, or for the faint of heart in the sense that being lazy or too busy will not get you get the most out of it or there’s work….cuz it is work in a way. You’re working on yourself and you gotta put that time to think and plan and dream and WRITE! If you are looking for a planner that has everything that can help you succeed in so many areas of your life, that can also help with mindset, goals, etc then this is the planner for you. This planner has you set up for success, and all you have to do is follow what has been laid out for you. Success is inevitable with such a detailed and well thought out system like the one in this planner. And to top it off these planners are absolutely Gorgeous!!! I had to wait almost 6 months until I was finally able to grab this beauty and it is even more stunning in person. I have to say, this is my favorite one so far, just breathtaking. This planner is GORGEOUS! I love the design on the cover—it is very intricate. I have not started using it yet, as I just received it. However, I’ve used Law of Attraction planners before and I love all the fill-ins and pages that allow for reflection. I am a teacher, single mother, and just often busier than not...so I love having a single place to plan and reflect. It is very cathartic for the busy individual. I highly recommend.
